We aim to provide the best service possible, but if something doesn’t go as expected, we offer refunds in certain cases. Our refund process is designed to be fair, transparent, and considerate of both our customers and boosters.
Refund eligibility
We provide refunds in specific situations to ensure fairness for both parties. If any of the following apply, you may be eligible:
- If the service has not started within 24 hours of payment, you are eligible for a refund.
- If technical issues on our end prevent the service from being completed, we will issue a refund.
- If the service quality does not meet the agreed-upon standards, we will review your request for a refund.
- If you cancel your order before the service begins, a full refund will be issued.
Refund process
Our refund process is straightforward and designed to be as quick as possible. Here’s what to do if you need a refund:

- Provide a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
- We will review your request within 24 hours and determine the appropriate action.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Non-refundable cases
There are situations where we are unable to provide refunds, typically when the service has already been completed or disrupted by external factors:
- If the service has been fully completed as agreed, refunds are not available.
- If you cancel after the service has already begun, a refund may not be possible.
- If the account credentials provided were incorrect, we cannot issue a refund.
- If you violate our Terms of Service during the order, you forfeit your eligibility for a refund.
Partial refunds
For services already in progress, we may offer a partial refund depending on how much has been completed. Each case is reviewed individually to ensure fair compensation.
Refund amounts are determined by:
- Percentage of service completed at the time of cancellation.d

- Resources allocated to fulfilling the order.
